The holidays can be the hardest time when you're grieving. Everyone else seems full of joy while you're carrying loss. You're expected to show up, smile, and celebrate—even when someone's missing from the table.
This 2-part series creates space for what's true: grief doesn't take a holiday.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and compassionate guidance, we'll explore how to move through the holiday season while honoring your grief. No toxic positivity. No pressure to "be over it." Just honest practice for honest humans.
What to Expect:
Gentle, accessible yoga (all levels welcome, no experience needed)
Breathwork practices for grief and overwhelm
Tools you can use during difficult holiday moments
A supportive space where your grief is welcome
Permission to feel exactly what you feel
Who This Is For:
Women grieving the loss of a spouse, partner, parent, child, or friend
Anyone facing their first holiday season after loss
People who feel invisible in their grief
Women who need permission to not be okay during the "most wonderful time of year"
Investment:
$40 for both sessions (recommended)
$20 per single session
Can't make it live? No problem. All sessions are recorded and you'll have access for 30 days to practice on your own time.
